About HUSH
The story of Hush
Hush was dreamed up by two local residents of East Ham who live a few minutes from Central Park. We wanted to create a new type of music festival founded on the belief that quieter minds make for a better world. A festival that celebrates attention and presence by caring for the comfort and wellbeing of both the audience and the surrounding community.
The world has become a very noisy and polarised place. Hush is the antidote. No sponsorship, no VIP zones, just a great festival experience.
Comfort, presence and community
At the centre of Hush is an intimate, all-seated stage where the audience can enjoy each musical performance in comfort. We will also have talks on awareness and meditations. Our mission is to try to give people the most comfortable, most present festival experience they have ever had. And do so in a way that respects and involves our local community as much as possible.
Peace inside, goosebumps outside
Our mission is to instil a little bit more peace inside those who visit Hush. And we've curated a lineup designed to give you goosebumps.
Imagine sitting with your favourite people, listening to some of the world's most talented musical artists, surrounded by the trees of Central Park.
We promise that the money you spend on your ticket will go into the production, facilties and overall experience of Hush. We may not get everything right in our first year but we will try!
