HUSH FESTIVAL – TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Ticket Terms & Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for Hush Festival, operated by Hush Festival Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following terms.
1. Tickets & admission

Tickets are sold subject to availability.

Tickets are valid only for the date(s) shown.

Entry is subject to capacity and compliance with these terms.

Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain without our prior consent.

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any person whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate.

Age restrictions apply to Hush events as follows:

Hush Festival main shows and Hush Midweek shows are restricted to those aged 8 and over.

Hush Brunch shows are open to all ages. Those aged 3 and over are required to have a ticket for entry while babes-in-arms are welcome free-of-charge (but will not have a dedicated seat at the main stage.)

For all shows, attendees must meet the minimum age requirement on the day of the event. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult over 21 and maximum 2 under 18s per supervising adult.

We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet the stated age requirement or whose presence is considered inappropriate for the event.
2. Seating

All performances on the main stage are fully seated, with open, unassigned seating.

Seating is not reserved.

Late arrival may result in delayed entry until a suitable break in the performance.
3. Programme changes & artist substitutions

Festival programmes are subject to change.
-
Artists, speakers, or performers may be substituted or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control.

A change of artist, speaker, or running order does not constitute grounds for a refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders of any significant programme changes.
4. Weather & outdoor events

The Festival takes place outdoors and will proceed in most weather conditions.

Please dress appropriately for outdoor conditions.

Tickets will not be refunded due to adverse weather, except where an event is cancelled (see section 5).
5. Cancellations & refunds

Tickets are non-refundable except where a specific ticketed event is cancelled.

If a ticketed event is cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, ticket holders for that event will be entitled to a refund of the face value of the ticket.

Booking fees and transaction fees are non-refundable.
-
No refunds will be issued for artist substitutions, programme changes, partial cancellations, or personal circumstances.
6. Entry conditions, safety & behaviour

Hush Festival is designed to be a relaxed, seated event. Please be respectful of performers and fellow audience members.

Security checks may be carried out on entry.

Any items deemed unsafe or prohibited may be confiscated.
7. Food, drink & prohibited items

No alcohol or food may be brought into the Festival site.

Exceptions are made for medical needs and specific dietary requirements due to allergies.

Alcohol purchased on site must be consumed responsibly.
-
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
8. Accessibility & companions

We aim to make the Festival accessible to all.
-
Essential companions / carers are welcome and may purchase a concession ticket, subject to availability.

9. Concession tickets

Concession tickets are available for eligible groups and are limited in quantity.

Concessions are available for single-day Festival tickets, Hush Midweek and Hush Brunch events, but are not available on multi-day Festival bundles.

Concession eligibility includes students, under 18s, over 65s, disabled people and their carers, and those on universal credit.

Valid ID may be requested on entry.

Misuse of concession tickets may result in refusal of entry.
10. Photography, filming & recording

By attending the Festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional or archival purposes.

Professional recording equipment is not permitted without prior consent.
11. Liability

Attendance is at your own risk.

We accept no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury except where caused by our negligence or as required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Data protection

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Cookies and tracking technologies are explained in our Cookies Policy.
13. General
-
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions.
-
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
-
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
